Stunning grain on that top. Love those legs, the tapering makes it look bold. The glass like top makes you want to stop and run your hand across it. Nice.

Beautiful wood, if you need a place to store it I’ll keep it at my house until you need it, Ha Ha

A great looking table. We are having a workshop at the Mason Dixon Woodworkers in October. It’s designed to make Shaker Tables but I’m going to make a hall table. I’ve got to get the wife to make her selection for wood. I know she loves Ambrosia, Cherry and Maple Burl. I’ve got a small piece of Ambrosia Maple that has spalting and Tiger stripes along with the Ambrosia. I’d like to use it But I’ll probably need to resaw it into veneer in order to make up a table top.
A great looking Sofa table you made.

The top has I think 5 coats of gloss poly rubbed down with 320 grit between coats.
This was a Christmas gift for a very special friend last year. I get a lot of enjoyment in giving something special
to special friends.

Great looking table! I have been thinking about getting some ambrosia maple from my local lumber purveyor; your table has just sealed the deal.
