I wasn’t satisfied with push-pull oven stick design comonly presented here on LJ. It has two holes but you can’t actualy hold pulled oven grid with them. I thought that design with one hole for both push and pull functions and capability to hold a grid would be beter. The design motive is double bass music instrument hole. Woods are apple, beech and some other pallet wood I can’t recognize. Finish is food frendly wood oil from IKEA. I hope it would be a nice gift for Christmass.

Those are great, Ivan. I should make one too. I hate sticking my hand in that hot oven. I have to think of a shape for it.

Wish had thought of this shape. A violin ‘F hole’ shape would be very appropriate since my wife is a musician. Great job, Ivan!

What a great idea, Ivan. I don’t know why I’m surprised that IKEA exists in Croatia.
