Nice. The first time I made a coffee table like this, I put the mortises in the wrong sides and had to fill them. I never forgave myself. What’s next?

Excellent use of the wood grains. I really like the strength of the look that the red oak gives. Your stain and finish have really enhanced the use of the wood as well. Congratulations on a very nicely built table!
