This workbench was made entirely of MDF and plywood. The top is two layers of plywood and one of MDF. It is ok as far as a workbench goes, I wish it was a torsion box so the top was a bit more stable. I wish I remembered where I got the plan… (found it, called the Rock Solid Plywood Bench by Cecil Braeden from Tools & Shops 2006 from Fine Woodworking)I used the small bench stops from Grizzly tools, made from Aluminum, but don’t waste your money, I have broken two of them already.
