came across the plans for these horses in a book I have, they work great for finishing stuff outside. I can put the various cans tools n such on the bottom shelf and with a pc of plywood on top makes a nice portable finishing center.

I especially like the quarter round on the edges, nothing rolls off of them when it falls over and things DO fall over. As far as capacity, I use em for extra seating when I have the neighbors or freinds over and we sit around the shop ventilatiing large horned Bovines … IE: shooting the bull :-) ... My son is a 1st string defensive tackle for his local High School and comes in around 300 LBs ….. I go a modest 325 or so … ahem … and with the 2 of us wide glides on em there is nary a wiggle.
