This was first attempt at making a “Frame and Panel” door. We were looking to update the look of our 50+ year old Kitchen cabinets at a budget price. I suggested to my wife that I could make new doors. She was hesitant at first, but she came around after I made a prototype. She seems to be happy with the finished product. And that’s the most important thing.

Very nice. You did a great job. I like the panels. They really do look like cabinets fit for a 50 year old house.

Good job on the doors. I have not even thought of trying anything like that yet. Have thought about hiding the hinges though, or is that just for the prototype.
Keep up the good work, keeping SWMBO happy is a full time job.
Cheers
Doug
