Hey guys, wanted to share my latest build, a Kids Workbench. I gave it as any early present to my kids and they absolutely love it. I have it inside, but it could also go outside in my shop when they get older.

I made it out of select pine and the top and shelf are MDF so I can easily replace them if needed.

I have full plans and a tutorial walk through on how to build it on my site at the DIY Kids Workbench post on

Thanks for looking!

Looks great, I can foresee a couple of LJs copying these plans before Christmas!

Brad, that’s cute. You might as well get them started early. Nice work.

Great work bench for kids, Brad! A project worth doing for sure, planting the seeds of hard work (and woodworking). A gesture they’ll one day return to their kids. Thanks for the inspiration.

Where did you pick up the kid tools?
