Funny enough we were lucky enough to be contacted by Starbucks Coffee and was asked to make a small 5’ table for the new located in Toronto. (Don Mills). So of course we agreed! We were asked to come up with stainless steel legs which we had crafted by a local welder and designed by the starbucks design team. It was TOUGH finding the stainless and it cost a SMALL FORTUNE! But we did it and everyone was happy. Really kinda cool cause they asked us to cut 6 slabs from the tree and they posted 6 photos that we had provided to them above the piece along with a short story about us. We always provide our clients with photos while their piece is being built this way they have the whole story of the tree. I hear it looks great and the general public are putting it to great use. We haven’t seen it in place but look forward to seeing it sometime soon!

Whoa, Starbucks went all out here. I really appreciate their support of you and recognizing and using local talent. What a beautiful table for public use. Most business would save that for the bosses. Fantastic!

The coolest thing about that is the pictures telling the story of the tree all the way from being cut down to used for the table top. Very cool!
