I wanted to build a cherry corner cab just because i had never built one, the little woman said NO, we are out of room, no more furnature, im stubborn, so I start building a mock up out of pine, dont want to buy cherry till im sure of my design, the little woman walks out to the shop one day, looks at the mostly completed mock up, says whats that, I reply something to stick in the corner of my workshop to throw screws at, well now my mock up is in the house and she loves it, oh well cherry is costly anyways.
my first attempt at mullion doors, I like. at little scary as those get rather small. also the first time I used the undermount softclose drawer slides. not bad once ya read the directions threw a few times, all concealed hinges with softclose also, we disagreed about where to put the lights, she won lol, thats ok.

thanks for all comments, as for the shine, well, that was a mistake that i decieded to leave, Im fairly new to using lacquer, I thought I could see the bottom of the can, I thought it was mixed well, well It wasnt, the flatting agent was all on the bottom, hence a high gloss out of a can of satin.

That’s a beauty. Bet that changed the feel of the room.
