This was my latest project. I made it from left over pieces I have in my shop. I wanted my little girl to have a desk in her room where she can do her homework and not be disturbed.

Great looking desk. If your daughter is young do you think the sleepers(lid supports) might be dangerous?

So far, so good. She’s 13 and she’s used it several times now with no problems.

Probably not a problem at that age.

great looking desk, my daughter would love to have one of those, she has just if I could build her a canopy bed. Again fine job she will use it in college and tell her roommate that Daddy made this for me.

Well hey… I like your desk too! My “little” girls are too old for a little desk anymore. They are just about ready for the “hope” chest, if you know what I mean.
I’ll probably start building those this spring. I’ve got three to build!
