Christmas ornament in cedar with painted pyrography

I sliced a disc from a cedar log, and burned a snowflake pattern in it. But the pattern didn’t show up too well against the dark background, so I painted the disc white, and then sanded most of it off leaving a white snowflake in the grooves made by the burning iron. These could make some nice gifts.

very cool scott a great country christmas look love it and one of a kind no made in china stamp on that.ill take a dozen.
