Here is a power tool shelf I built to help organize my shop a little. I took measurements of the five most common hand power tools I use and then built for each a spot in the shelf. I built it to hold a cordless drill, an impact driver, a corded drill, a jigsaw, and my circular saw. For the jigsaw and the circular saw I cut slots in the shelf for the blade to fit through. I also built a lower and upper shelf to hold some accessories for each of the tools.

I built it out of some scrap 1×12’s a friend gave me.

It’s come in real handy so far. Although as most places do in my shop, it’s acquired a lot junk since I’ve installed it.

Nice work, I would suggest a sleeve for the square. They have a tendency to fall, are sharp, and will make you want to fold it in half. LOL
