This is my new style of rustic red cedar chair with lots of live edges. The picture with me and my best friend is of a 20 foot trailer load of red Cedar logs we picked up from a sawmill log yard today. There is lots of furniture to be made out of this trailer load of logs. What you can’t see is the large cedar logs in the middle one of which is about 12 to 14 foot long and about 25 to 30 inches in diameter.

That is some of the most interesting chairs I’ve seen. Really like the natural edges. I agree with James, the second chair is my favorite. They’re all great, but the back on the second chair is awesome. Thanks for sharing and welcome to Lumber Jocks.

Another one for the second chair, although they’re all totally awesome – but the second one is double awesome. Have fun with the load of logs.. I look forward to seeing it make it’s way here to the projects. :)
