Thanks guys! MyHogany – I made a pattern for the cheese board using a reflector clamp light, tracing the edge of the reflector (about 8.5” dia) on a piece of plywood. Handle is 3” wide drawn on the plywood. I used a container cap about 2” dia to draw the arc connecting the handle to the big circle. Then I cut the pattern on my band saw and sanded down the edges. I traced the edge of the pattern on the cheese board squares and cut a little outside of the line. Then I used a pattern bit in my router to fine tune the edges. Then a round over bit and a little sanding.
