Venge is known as a very hard wood that resists moisture well. This is a kitchen sink stand that my wife designed and I built while we were redoing our apartment. Venge has a really strange smell, a bit like coffee (I did wear respirator at all times). Sink is made of copper.

Very nicely done, Lenka. Water jugs as weights, so simple, why didn’t I think of that?
