Recipe Box for Sis

Project by Bradford posted 103 days ago 308 views 1 time favorited 9 comments Add to Favorites Watch

I took off for some time-out. So, here’s a recipe box for my sister. It was the best therapy in the world. Oak and brass hinges. Magnet inlaid in the lid. Steel brad in the case. Round over bit edged. Just a simple box with cool look.

This is really nice! I’ll bet your sister will love it! I like that you inlaid the magnet for a clean, seamless, polished look. A very nice project. I’m glad you had such nice/productive time off! :)

It’s beauty is in it’s simplicity. The round over and box joints look great.

Thanks gang. My sister loved it. She immediately put her recipes in it and hugged my neck, real good. Another satisfied customer. Now on to the next one.

Great little recipe box. I really like the rounded over joints. My wife could really use one of these. Thanks for posting!

Some day I’ll be able to make finger joints as good as those—I hope.

Very, very nice.
