An occupation therapist that works with older children found my marble game on my web site.

She thought that one of these games would be good for the children she works with.

Since it is for a good cause, I’m only charging her a nominal amount to build one.

I decided to beef up my design by adding dowelled joints for strength.

The game is made of red oak, with a golden oak stain.

Hopefully, this game will create many hours of entertainment for the children she works with.

I also made a YouTube video showing this model in action at this link.

If you are interested in the trials & tribulations I experienced on this project, see my woodworking web site.

You can download the original Doug North plan here.

I have made about 6 design improvements to Doug’s original plan. You can download a copy of my latest design in Google Sketchup here.

Thanks
