My Partner and I made this Entrance table from reclaimed Parana pine and pine from a big box store, we used stair spindles for the legs as I don’t have a lathe yet .We used milk paint to finish the table after distressing it by burning it with a gas torch. We used a kreg jig for ease of joining the parts, it was our first big furniture project together.I really like how the table turned out and it was a fun project!

I made a YouTube video of my build please watch, thumbs up and subscribe!

Fine looking table. Great job on the finish with the milk paint and the torch.

Thanks for the video. I learned something about using salt in the glue up to keep the joints from slipping. The table looks great. You and your partner did an excellent job.

Congrats on a very nice table! Lots of time invested in the finish, and it paid off handsomely.

real nice table, glad to see you’re problem solving and using other materials (spindles) in order to create what you want.

Nice Job!
