my youngest daughter Megan has been wanting a box for some time now , i’m always making one for someone or trying to get ahead for selling them. she really liked the colors in this one , i’m using a new malachite that is lighter in color and has a blue stone (that i forgot the name of ) , this one is hers . it is 11×6 1/2×2 1/2.
please let me know what you think of this one.

My name’s Megan too, can I have it?? Ok, maybe it isn’t…. beautiful box though. I like how it has cool patterns in the grain every way you look at it.

That’s a really slick box. The blue, unidentified stone really adds a lot to the top. Very cool.

Nice job! I like the use of the natural edges. A little to much blue fill for me, but it does look good on this box. The back piece of wood looks awesome, I like the wood to be the star and this wood is beautiful.

What a FABULOUS box! I love how you handled the rustic look, yet it’s smooth and touchable. The multiple colors really work on the inlay, it’s vibrant and moves. The “2 cents” are quite a nice touch too. Beautifully done. I’m sure she’ll cherish this for the rest of her life. I would!
