Here is a planter I just completed which I am giving to my mom. I used Cypress and finished with 8 or so coats of spar varnish. The liner can be removed if needed. I did some research online for some design concepts and went from there. I also consulted with the Wood Whisperer for some finishing insight. It was a fun project to make and I will be making some for our house for sure.

Thanks Jeff. I purchased the liner at Lowes oddly enough they had the perfect size for the project.
