I had fun creating some interesting storage solutions for my darts out of the usual unique woods. As always, colors are natural….only Waterlox as a clear coat.

Dart holder block is made of: paduak, hard maple, zebra wood

Box 1: Wenge, yellowheart, leopardwood, Sapele, purpleheart
I’m
Box2: figured yellowheart, sapele, redheart, purpleheart, Wenge, magnets.

Hope you guys enjoy!

Excellent work. I’ve been threatening to make something myself. I built a dart board cabinet and brought it into the office. Let me tell you … this has taken the crew by storm. Everyone’s got their own darts now practicing up their smack talk.

Thanks for sharing some great ideas. As an avid dart thrower, of course I had to favorite this.

Great job! I was just contemplating doing something like that here – and possibly a cabinet for the board. But I really need something for the darts first.

Thanks for the inspiration.

Mark, check out my dartboard cabinet project. It’s a woodsmith shop project. Big hit at the office.

I’ll have to post a photo of the dart cabinet that I have. It is made out of Wenge and Sapele and my wall mounted tv console that I posted several years ago was made to match this cabinet. I commissioned my close friend Brian Barnes to make it for me when I had more money than time to make the cabinet myself…man he does good creative work!

For anyone who might be interested….I just posted my dartboard cabinet also….and the dartboard cabinet specifically matches with my wall mounted tv console! Ohhh…..matching furniture what a concept that is new to me! http://lumberjocks.com/dullsplinter/projects
