I have a project for some pub style tables on the go that calls for use of some barn wood. To aid in using as much of the old wood as possible twisted boards were to be ripped and then planed.
It quickly became apparent that doing this without stabilizing the board would be a bad idea.
So the boy and I built a slightly longer version of John Heisz`s Tappering jig and it worked very well.
Thank you John.
