A sidewalk sign for my wife’s pottery studio show next weekend
(2) 8’ lengths of 1×6 x 5/4 deck cedar and cut it into 2.5” strips, ran a dado in the center for sign to insert.
Mortise and tenons for the bottom rails and lap jointed two 3/8” slats for each top rail and glued everything together. This allows the sign to slide in from the top and run through the grooves to the bottom.
Tapered the legs, rubbed on some Danish oil and installed two strap hinges and 21” of jack chain

24” x 32” sign is direct to substrate print on 4mm corex designed by Likewise Social Media and Design

That’s a great sign and holder and is totally attractive and practical for it’s purpose.
