after making the super sled I couldn’t be so certain about the accuracy of the drill press. Thus The Super Press. The mortise hold down does flip upside down for a wider range of thicknesses. It also turns around so the hold down bar can get out of the way when not needed. There is a tee 1/4-20, behind the fence to tighten the mortise hold down. There is also the fence hold down knobs as well. That is a flip stop, and a regular stop, for starts and stops on mortises or anything else for that matter. Accurate saw cuts. Accurate mortises and drilling. After I make the tenoning jig, for the super sled, I’ll be ready to try to make some furniture. Well maybe ! ! !

Rodd, this looks pretty good for a piece of shop furniture!! It vastly improves the functionality of your drill press and you also managed to make it look like a piece of fine furniture as well. Nicely done.
