Very nice. You have a way of adding the “extra” to a piece by giving them their own expressions.
Keep it up.

MS Debbie, I’m not so sure once he got to talkin you’d want to listen for long. Hiram is kind of my workshop steward. I have a tradition of drinking Guinness every evening when the days carving is done, and Hiram has been joining me for quite some time. One Guinness leads to another and some of the things that he comes up with aren’t fit for man or beast. Now Jasper is much more easy going. He likes to discuss things at great length, and is quite the intellectual. Of course, when he butts in when Hiram and I are having a discussion on the finer points of life ala Guinness, we usually get fed up and put him in a cabinet in the shop til we’re done.
We’re hoping with the intro of our newest woodspirit, Bartholomew, who seems to have his head in the right place, that these late night heated discussions will soon subside. I’m sure our neighbors will appreciate it as well.
