This was my first project that I would actually call a project. This was done before I had a table saw, I only used a circular saw, jigsaw, router, and drill. The latches and corners I ordered from Rockler, and the handles were used from a souvenir bag. Inside has foam covered in a fabric to protect the firearm. A piano hinge was used for the hinge. The entire case was constructed with birch plywood with a stain condition, two coats of stain (I forgot which one) as well as three coats of spar polyurethane. Sorry about the blurriness of the second picture, I didn’t realize I’d be posting these on the internet. The first picture was while it was being finished. Hope you like it, and I’ll be sure to post more of my projects soon.

Thanks for the comments. It is actually really heavy, weighing somewhere around 20 pounds. I didn’t realize at the time it’d be so heavy, but it protects them well so it serves its purpose.
