Dovetail Saw II

I spent a bit more time on this saw than my previous one. Had a really hard time getting the detail on the spine to show up with my camera. It’s a nice little saw and cuts very well.

I ordered some spring steel and brass from mcmaster car. and had my brother-in-law bend the brass to 90 degrees for me on a large metal break, then pounded it flat with a 3lbs hammer. Then straightened it up on a large vise.
Made the split nuts using the Poor Boy method.

Very nice CC. Nice job on th epsilon. Is that a L/V Gents saw, if so I did the same up grade. They work really well.

Thanks, I didn’t use a Gents saw. And I added a little to the description.

Nice gives me some ideas on refurbing an old saw
