Thanks for sharing. That’s a one good-looking poplar. I never thought of it as “clear coat” grade wood before.

And neat joinery, too. Pocket screws or glue? Is it to be stored outdoors?

Thanks for the comments.
It is for indoors. I have a really good lumber yard here in Houston so I’m to be real picky on the wood I get.
Glue and pocket screws. The reason for the 3 stiffeners on the back of the door is because of the way the grain is running. I have 3 kids I the house so I wanted to stiffen it up a bit. I wouldn’t normally run the grain that way on a door BUT I made this out of left over wood from another project.
