So first project in a long time.

First set of drawers I’ve made using Blum undermount slides.

First time I’ve made dovetails and used my Leigh jig.

First time I’ve made something that some one paid me to make.

First time using shellac.

So while not a glamorous project, it was rewarding. The drawers are pretty big, 44”x21” ones 5,5” high the other is 4”. The box sides are 3/4” maple with 1/2” maple ply in the bottoms. Since they were darn near 4ft wide decided to make them a little more stout then the average drawer.

Last picture was how they started out. Ended up having a bit of figure to the boards.
