I made this table for my son who is 9. He wanted a table so he can build his legos on. The sides are just 3/4 plywood and he uses them to store his little clear containers that holds legos. The top is made from a piece of MDF. I put a little 1/2 lip on around the top so his legos would not fall off the table. I stained it red oak and it goes perfectly with his furniture in his room. He is very happy and pleased with it and so is mama. Thanks fir viewing.

Dan, Way to go! I’ll bet your son will enjoy spending hours playing at his new table with his legos, and I’m sure he’ll find many more uses for it over the years. Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing. And thanks for serving our country. We can never thank you enough for your sacrifices.

Great looking and very functional for a kid who loves to play with legos.
