Nice work biggist! Is the pedestal rounded like it seems in the picture?

I am guessing the BBC initials are not for the British Broadcasting Company?

Very nice

BBC are the initials for Burley Bible Church, where I attend. The post is 12 sided.

This is beautifully designed, and made Biggest. Your church will treasure this. Is this your own design?

Don, I designed it myself, but being kinda new at this, I hope the joints are proper for the load and longevity of the piece.

Nice! I’m amazed at the complexity of the entries in this category.

If the entirety of the piece needs to be glueless and without hardware I’ll have to withdraw it from the compatition. The top is glued and bisket jointed, the post is glued. The supports for the top are dovetailed to the post, and the legs are dovetailed to the post without glue.

B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L… and let’s see, 12-sided divided by 360 degrees gives you … and then you divide it by two to come up with 15 degrees and then you …. o.k. I can do this… Thanks for the visual.

And of course I’ll say that I got the idea from someone else, and the vision from God, cause let’s face it… I just aint that smart.
