I needed a sign that really addressed my shops theme. I use a vendor local in town for some other stuff so I had him cut this sign for me on the CNC. I then sanded it smooth and sprayed the whole thing with a sanding type sealer. After that I painted the letters with black paint not really caring too much about going out of the lines. After it dried, I took my orbital sander and lightly sanded all the black paint that got out of the letter grooves. I then coated the whole thing in some polyurathane. Now when whining children or spouses come into the shop all I have to do is point to the sign!

When they visited the Dr. about a vasectomy… I remember just about spraying soda out of my nose when Jill asked…
