This is my first big woodworking project I did. This table is made completely out of reclaimed wood. It is assembled with mortise and tenon joints and the half lap joints on the short and long stretchers. The only place I added a couple screws was on the short stretchers just for a little extra support to hold tight to the legs. I’m not sure what type of wood it is but the color is its natural color with a couple coats of seafin added. I made the table a little taller so it was difficult to find chairs to fit it properly, but I ended up finding some higher chairs at a lawn sale that compliment the table very nicely. In the end I am very pleased with the outcome and I love the look of the table top from the reclaimed wood!
