this is the first time to get to work with yellowheart man it was fun this bowl is 10.5 d 7.5 depth with a maple base purpleheart and yellowheart sides

Great work. I really like the wood combinations. A segmented turning is high on my “to do” list. Don’t you just love that spicey aroma of yellowheart? I love working with it.

Purpleheart and yellowheart are a great combo, I think the bottom would look awesome in yellowheart also.

Great segmented turning. Have to try one of these myself soon.
Great choice of woods. The PurpleHeart and YellowHeart go very well together.
