WOW! It’s hard to believe that I’ve been on this site for 427 days before getting a chance to post my first big Completed project (it’s still hard to find time for the shop when you have a 4 1/2 year old girl that wants all of daddy’s attention!). At any rate, I’m finally ‘on the board’ – the first big project.
Now, I need to learn more about how to use the new router table that I bought for my 20yr old Sears fixed router, and my new Kreg pocket-hole jig (I figure that the right tools, on a VERY limited budget, might make the next big project posting take less than 427 more days!).
The woodworking dream is still alive – and I have my online friend – and master of the wine bottlestopper…please see HIS lumberjocks site! – Darryl Masterson – to thank…for helping to keep that woodworking dream alive.
More project postings again soon, I hope (once my 4.5 year old girl is old enough, I’ll have her help me in the shop).

I knew you’d get something posted eventually!
have you had a rain free weekend to enjoy them yet?
...and “master” seems like a bit of a stretch!

Congrats on the completion of the project. Dont apologize about spending too much time with your baby, take advantage of it while you can.
