I’d previously made some as gifts for some grandnieces & nephews. Also seemed to get good response in the gallery for different uses so modified the design a bit & these were the result. There were 5 in total, 3 now in the gallery. Walnut with maple pulls. About 3×3 x 3. 4 coats of Arm – R – Seal.
I actually think it’s tougher to make the small boxes… a bitch to sand & cutting the small pulls, a pain.
I have a Rikon 10-325 with Carter guides & also their stabilizer which is great for the tight curves. Used a 3/16” blade with 3-4 tpi on these boxes. These are so small, probably could have used my 1/8” 10tpi blade.
Thanks for looking, suggestions/comments always appreciated.
