Similar to the model excavator in another project i first started by cutting out and making sure all of the parts were made before starting the assembly process.

I didn’t have wheels big enough to just put them on the grader so i used 4×4 cedar post and my lathe to make a set of wheels for this grader.

A quick snap shot during the assembly process

today I even tried my had at making a set of tire chains for the grader

Thank you for taking the time to check out this fun project.
Time from start to completed was roughly one full day 8 hrs.

Another nice model/toy, like you I find the lathe a very much well used bit of kit along with the bandsaw for this type of work

Having made a my design grader a decade or so ago; I can appreciate the fantastic job you did on this one.

Great looking and still a playable toy!
