I happened to come across a part of a wine barrel top I had planed down a bit thin one day and figured i could make a name project out of it. So I went in the house, found a font i liked, and printed out a sheet. I then taped the sheet to the oak and got my Dremel and routered out all the letters. I then coated it with 3 coats of Tung Oil.

Nice job. What bit did you use? Did you use a letter template, too?
