A&C Nightstands

These nightstands were inspired by Stickley's table #516 and were made to match this head board which was my own design. At first glance, they seem to be an easy project, but the glue up process was challenging. The joints are floating tenons and the tops are attached with figure 8s. The finish is as described in the head board project. The size is 16” square by 30 inches high. I apologize for the pic “quality”. Thanks for looking.

Thanks, Willie, high praise indeed.

BJ, thank you. That was an easy project other than dealing with the size of the rails.

The look of simplicity shows the true workmanship that you put into these nightstands.

The word perfect comes to mind. I want to reach out and touch them!

As always..great work!

Well done Art. Ya nailed it again. These will go to your daughter I assume to match the head board? She’ll be after you for a chest of drawers next. :)

Wonderful!

Nothing tests your patience for finishing and sanding like an A&C project.
