Mahogony tall case clock

Project by Andrew Betschman posted 117 days ago 394 views 2 times favorited 13 comments Add to Favorites Watch

I made this clock while Studying fine woodworking while at college. I use Lonnie Bryd’s article on how build a Pennsylvania tall clock out of Fine Woodworking. I did add in the dental molding at the top to add more depth. and I added in the lamb’s tongue and chamfer.

Sorry but there seems to be something not quite right.. IMHO
The proportions seem a little off. Maybe just me..And its DENTIL
Hope you don’t take this the wrong way.,. I never built a clock..I think its the top..not really sure.
Your execution is excellent and timber choice sublime.
