Love seat was my first paid job, a coworker ordered 2, she paid me $300, so I went and bought $300s worth of cypress and got to work. Bought Norms plans, made templates, changed the front a little, instead of the flat front I put in a curved front to ease over the seat. They turned out better than I expected, she loved them. Had enough wood to make two more chairs and a couple of tables. Used a porcelain tile for the table top, recycled oak flooring for the slated shelf on the bottom. Sat outside for two years, this year I cleaned them off alittle and put on an expoxy coat, we’ll see how long it will last.

Muy bueno! I really like the way they turned out. I also like your “tweak” of the front.
