I Decided to show some of my carvings that I have made in my spare time. My son has always liked Rhinos…so this one was carved for him out of Mahogany. Sorry about the poor picture quality…it is a very dark piece and the details do not show up well.

very nice … really shows off your talent … mahogany is known as the king of the hardwoods …I think you know why

Very nice Don, wishing the pictures were a little brighter though, but you do wonderful work.

Thanks for all the kind words guys !!!!

Dan W., I know they are dark, sorry about that…I layed it on a white towel to try and show it…and it did not work out so well…so I took it back in the shop and just layed it on the work bench where it was bright.

LOL…Todd, when I first joined…I added a pic of the first piece of furniture I ever built. But at the time…that was the only pic I had on this lap top, and the only reason it was on here was because I had it in a e-mail I sent to a client. All of my other work over the years was on my desk top….and guess what ??? It crashed, I took it to a PC shop to see if they could save it, and hopefully all my pics.

Just got the PC back a few weeks ago and they saved “Most” of my info and pics….so I can finally load up some of my work.

Don, when do you find the spare time to carve when you have a business to attend to and all that other woodworking stuff you do? that is some fantastic carving.
