Very nice. It has an asian feel to it and for some reason I am geting an optical illusion from it. The view from the top of your piece makes my eyes think there is the slightest curve upward on the top, I see it from the front view as well. Cool! Maybe it is the chamfer on the edges?

I love the design of the cabinet. It looks great.

Is the top glued up maple boards?

Thanks for the comments. The top is maple plywood with a solid maple edging all the way around. The top has a pretty substantial chamfer, thus giving the top a very light feel and a slight upward curve illusion.
