Drilling in glass is a new one for me so I will show you what I did.

I used a Starrett diamond hole saw in my drill press, and built a very
simple jig to drill the holes. Two holes were drilled and I found the whole
procedure simple to do.

Check out the step by step video on how I did it.

Nice and simple jig, but it looks effective and adaptable to almost any style of bottle.
The only negative is that you lose your deposit on the coke bottle, but it’s worth it.
Well done.

Thanks John, the jig was very simple to make and could be made to fit any size bottle.

Cool. I wonder if it works on regular 1/4” glass.
