I saw this on youtube and duplicated it for my class. I wanted to make stools with three legs but did not want my students using the lathe.

Jam a 1 1/2×1 1/2 into pvc pipe rotate between fence and oak rail. Spot on everytime.

Thanks for the pictures. Although I must be particularly dense because I can’t envision how the jig works. Would you be willing to elaborate?
