Heavily spalted hackberry bowl
11.5” wide x 3.5” deep
Finished with butcher block sealant (food grade oil/wax mix)

That must have been an enormous hackberry tree to have that much dark heartwood. Great looking bowl.

Beautiful wood. Just sanding some Hackberry. Smells bad, looks great.
