Here’s a carving I did this spring. Carved from a maple log it was my first attempt at a fish. I did it all with handtools. Finish is wipe on poly. Next one will be posted soon.

Very nice work. I wish I had that carving talent….I have trouble carving a hot dog stick when camping :-)

Better than I could ever do. To bad you didn’t make it a dolphin, that knot on it’s back would have made a great blow hole.
