Hello.
Here is my latest turning.It is Ash,approx.6” diameter and 2” high. Finished with woodwax 22.
This is only my second attempt at a natural edge bowl where I have managed to keep the bark intact! I’ve been turning for about 9 months now,and have posted a lot of my work up on Youtube,some good,some not so good!
Hope you like this one.

Nice job Keith, keeping the bark on adds a lot to the bowl.

That’s a good looking bowl!

I find that if I sweep the floor before and a few times during turning a natural-edge bowl, I can often find the lost bits of bark and glue them back in place. Also, wood harvested in the winter is more likely to keep its bark intact.
