This is a cutting board I’ve been working on. I had a lot of scraps that were too interesting to throw out and I was looking for a reason to use some of walnut with sapwood included. The layers from the outside in are Walnut, Wenge, Birch and the center is more Wenge. I’m continuing to stock up on product for an upcoming craft show. I have 16 cutting boards in various stages of finish… don’t worry, I won’t post them all. I’m posting a few of the more unique boards. The finish is mineral oil. Thanks for looking.

I really like the “fade-in” effect of the outside pieces – looks great all around. Thanks for sharing.
