Every once in a while you refinish something that has something really special under ages of darkened finish. The piece was so dark when I got it that I had a hard time id-ing the type of wood to build the china cabinet the customer wants to sit on top. I guessed walnut and I was wrong. To my surprise this beautiful ribbened mahogany vaneered front was uncovered. Had to return the walnut! I’ll post the china cabinet soon. Thanks for looking.
